Good day, We are here personally here to let you in on your biggest tip of the day. It has taken us almost 8 years of working hard to make tools for this trade (Bartending). We once worked in the troughs of beer and slosh and enjoyed the late night fanatics of playing "God" we really do understand your line of work, however one day, after realizing that that this was not good enough for us and noticed that there was no one to service or provide the staff with actual working tools....... we saw a void and then we went after it and we did it with diligence. However, along this new road while we were at the top, we noticed that there were not many people in this business and we had a very strong presence. Then we let our guard down and was be-friended by the one of the most crooked bar supply company's in our own back yard. We were played and played hard. Our hats off to them as business people but they founded their base on riding someone else's coat tails. However...........one thing remains,..... "We made this possible" and "We made a difference in the bar business"...... and we are amazed everyday to see our products go out the door all over the world..... even if they are being knocked off. These bad moves really hit in the deepest part of our soul, however.... we still love the sport of bartending, which brings us to the real point of this letter: Several years ago we felt that the video business of flair bartenders was boring, un-attractive and b-rated. So we decided to make a DVD with some of the well known flair bartenders in the USA and some editors from some of the largest Video and Magazine agents and made a wicked world wind of music, video and blended it all together with some of the hottest bartenders giving it there all. But as we soon found out everyone wanted say " No" or wanted a paycheck and then had nothing really good to provide towards the making of a flair movie. It was tough for us to carry on after all the footage was shot and as time ticked on some bartenders were saying "NO"....... It was funny after a certain point at every angle there someone was there to say " NO". So after waiting, and waiting and contemplating and waiting some more....we deceived to move forward. Then........BAM it's done.........now it's here and the TOP 25 are not the Top 25 and really "who are we to judge the top 25"...........and "who are we to say they could learn something"? If we just really knew who our friends were and who wasn't? Man............. if we knew that , we would be millionaires! So......as you know we found out that weren't mind readers.....and checked the bank account and nope "were not millionaire's" ........but more importantly, we found out who was a friend and who was not. That is something money can't buy and you can't get that on a DVD wide screen edition.
Mostly...... the "idea" of making the Movie was probably the highlight but hearing ourselves say "action" was fantastic! We took a lot of footage of a lot of great people. We had some really good conversations and got to the bottom of why people flair. We filmed Some of the worlds best current and non current superstars. We brought you girls who flair, we really tried to show you some angles of bartending that you don't normally see and some you do see. We made fun of things that we find funny some were very seriously neat. We filmed a ton of cities, a bunch of clubs and did some really cool interviews. We got you on camera saying "yeah".... "check me out" and yeah "It's OK to film us" Send me a copy". So we filmed and filmed and filmed and edited and edited. We would like to do "more", but "more "cost "more" and "more" means "more money", which ultimately everyone's seams to think that's what is happening....... we'll for all you movie buffs and NY City Critics out there all we have is "MORE LOVE" and "MORE SOUL" and we will rise above this situation and give you what you really want ..."Something for Nothing"..... you know that's what you really want?......You know this is true....especially when you reach across the counter and grab that "Something for Nothing Money" ......so while your grabbing......grab your self a free copy of the latest Cool Flair Bartenders DVD and maybe...... just maybe you might walk away with a smile and a love for bartending as we do. We will be editing this sweet digital file to reflect changes and updates of our company and our devotion to the sport of bartending. And as a final word to all of the people (bartenders) who preformed, made interviews, competed and either won or lost "We love you Guys and Girls" and only want the best for you in life this movie is about you. We know you love our tools and that is good enough for us.
We will not sell this video or profit from it. But let's face it we will always make money off you because you buy the tools and you use the tools and our ideas whether you buy from our competition or you get it free from the Liquor distributors.... Who we now sell to. Someone needed to fill that void in your life and we planted the seed. So Rock on Bartenders and see why all this talk is "cheap" and asking for a free copy is even "cheaper"........... now it's "Free".
We had a lot of fun on the road making this movie and were still on the road with our friends and we still love what we do..... cheers
