Girls look out'.... cause there's a new Sheriff in Town"! and you might just get a high heel stuck in you..... because this Hot Flair Bartender has consistently shown every boy and girl in town and contest's around the World, that she can compete with the best, beat the best and still give you the best drink & smile around in town. She is slinging' the bottle as fast as you can spin a pistola......! We have had the pleasure of being served, working next to and just plain hangin' at the pad and being amazed by her moves. We were especially moved when we caught up with her in Las Vegas one day and was mesmerized by the style and class she bangs into her glass
. Bartenders if you want to "see" class and "style" you better get on the bus, plane, train, moped....whatever you've got and get out to Kahunaville in Vegas and get your life preserver out cause your gonna' need it. If your feeling froggy' just go ahead and get your road map and keep up with her cause you may find yourself just wandering around in the Florida Keys you may just bump into her see her smiling and laughing and on her way to the next whiskey bar.

Our biography of Erin:
Floridian Erin Connelly learned her trade as a Bartender
first at TGI
Fridays in Brandon, Florida but soon moved to England to sharpen her
skills at TGI
Fridays in London. Upon returning to Florida, Erin represented TGI
Fridays at many competitions around Florida including Quest
for the Best Bartender at Disney
World, Orlando. Continuously competing helped Erin to gain a solid
reputation that has led to her unofficial ranking as the No. 1 Female Flair
Bartender in the World. In
2000, Erin was the first woman to ever win the prestigious Isla Morada Flair competition in the Keys, while this year
she was one of only two women to compete in the invitational only Legends of Bartending 3 in Las Vegas. Performing
at many promotional events for companies such as Showtenders,
Tanqueray 10 and Captain Morgan’s has put Erin in the
limelight and made her a true inspiration for women everywhere. For
the last few years Erin has also been a regular contributor and now the
Administrator for the cult Bartending Internet magazine Flairbar.com.
With all this media exposure she has had T.V. appearances and been featured in
magazine articles, such as Australian
Bartender magazine, Fox
13 television in Tampa, Florida, Discovery
Channel, Travel Channel, and more to come! Mid spring 2001 Erin organized
a Flair competition at Jackson’s
Bistro in Tampa. Competitors
came from all over Florida to take part in what turned out to be a hugely
successful event. During
mid 2001 Erin was asked to come to Las Vegas and put together an all star Flair
bar team for Kahunaville. The bar is now ranked in the top 12 flair bars
in America. Since the opening of Kahunaville, Erin has been invited to compete
in Legends 4, a world recognized bartending skill competition, where she placed
5th in the tandem event. After Legends, Erin was off to Virginia to
compete in the Bungalow Billiards Charity
competition where she won first place.
